Company Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR programmes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience.
