Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain the ATS with accurate, up-to-date candidate information.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Post job openings and actively source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

These are the stages you’ll go through as part of our hiring process so we can understand your potential and ensure you’re the right fit to grow with cmlabs.

In this stage, we will assess your CV to evaluate whether or not you meet the basic qualifications and align with the company values.

Pre-assessment Test

Within this test, we will assess specific skills, knowledge, technical proficiency, and suitability for the role you're applying for.

HR Interview

In this interview, our HR will examine your background, personality, capability, strengths, and weaknesses to determine whether you are the candidate we have been looking for.

User Interview

In this stage, you will meet the user, who interacts closely with the position, to assess how well your technical skills and personality align with the team.

Final Interview & Offering

This is the last step in our selection process to make a final determination. It's likely the last interview phase before you find out whether or not you will be getting the job offer.
